We disagree.

We knew how much time and effort some organisations were putting in to managing their social media accounts while others were not capturing anything at all.

Neither of these scenarios were ideal in terms of efficiency or compliance. 

This was definitely a problem where we saw a solution that didn’t need to be complicated; rather just simple and effective. 

And thus, finch was hatched.
